This is a script with a lot of potential, and with the right comedians something excellent could be made of it. Indeed, it could make a worthy successor to such classics as ‘Office Space’ (not to mention ‘The Office’).
Pork Chop Factory leaves us laughing, then recalling and re-reading some bits, then laughing all over again. A strong, and sometimes inexplicable, comedy from another reality.
The script is, for the most part, effortlessly funny. The opening interview scene between Oliver and Scott is hilarious. The sexual innuendo flows from Scott with such ease that it feels like great improv not written dialogue.
